The publicist for Mariska Hargitay (44) announced Tuesday that she has a partially collapsed lung, specifically a pneumothorax. As a result Mariska, although nominated, did not attend the Golden Globes on Sunday. She is currently recovering. The pneumothorax appears to have occurred spontaneously.
